This gorgeous property in south east London was previously a warehouse, situated near the River Thames. Steeped in history, with lots of architectural details, we were keen to maintain the original character of the building, whilst bringing it up-to-date and creating a beautiful, comfortable home. 

 

We remodelled the layout to create an open landing / study area, which allowed light to flood up the stairs and through the centre of the home. 

 

The kitchen was specifically designed to compliment the existing brickwork, which features throughout the apartment and we chose soft colours for the interior colour scheme to further compliment the brickwork. 

 

Lighting was an intrinsic part of the design, in order to make certain areas of the property brighter, but also to help divide the open-plan living area on the second floor into zones with different layers of lighting.
