1. INITIAL MEETING
FREE CONSULTATION + WRITTEN PROPOSAL
Our first point of contact is a no-charge meeting with you, ideally at your property. This enables us to discuss your requirements and ideas as well as beginning to get to know you and your lifestyle - which is key in creating a tailored design.
At this point it is also useful to discuss budget and time scale.
This meeting is then followed up with an email detailing a written proposal of how we feel we can best help you and a suggestions of the costs involved.
2. DESIGN CONCEPT
ROOM SCHEMES + FLOOR PLANS
The next stage is to generate a concept design proposal which takes the brief and suggests a design reflective of your personal tastes, requirements and lifestyle needs, whilst remaining sympathetic to the style and architectural nature of your home.
We include details of any structural amendments, suggested furniture layouts and initial interior schemes - including suggestions on all elements from kitchen and bathroom designs through to floor finishes and light fittings.
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
DETAIL DESIGN + SOURCING
Once the concept has been agreed, we can begin to go through the design in more detail.
We will begin to generate building and decorating specifications and detail drawings for elements such as cabinetry and lighting.
Samples are also provided as necessary.
At this stage we communicate a clear idea of the design to construction teams and tradesmen in order to put together a detailed estimate for the project.
4. PROJECT CO-ORDINATION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT + IMPLEMENTATION
Once the estimate has been accepted, we can begin implementing the design.
Planning permission can be submitted on your behalf if necessary.
We provide a 'turnkey service' so will co-ordinate and oversee the works by builders, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters etc. and manage the purchasing and installation of furniture, soft furnishings and effects.

Our key holding service is there to provide you with a personal home manager and take the stress out of maintaining your property.
